With the project "Estepona, Garden of the Costa del Sol", more than 130 streets have been renovated and beautified, new streets and squares have been created that improve the city and connect the urban fabric. The presence of flowers and vegetation in the streets has become one of the hallmarks of Estepona, being present throughout the year, in any season. In addition, all flower production comes from the municipal nursery. This sustainable urban development project has created an authentic urban garden that has brought Estepona to life.
The Botanical and Orchid Park, a large green lung in the center of Estepona, is one of the most attractive tourist elements of the city, which complements this project.
Estepona is today a city to live in and live it: sustainable and open to pedestrians, where road traffic has been restricted.
