This room is named after the Honorary Merchant Abraham Kingelin, grandfather of Mrs Jacobsson. The Biedermeier-style sofa and chairs were made in Turku in 1840 by the Master Carpenter J. G. Hammarström. This set of furniture, as most of the interior of the room, originates in the Kingelin home. The ceiling decorations in this and the following room are worth noticing; they were uncovered when the building was restored. The works of art in the room include mainly landscapes, painted by artists such as, Thorsten Waenerberg, Hjalmar Munsterhjelm, S. A. Keinänen and Fredrik Ahlstedt.
