The operations of Haltia are managed by Metsähallitus Nature Services, which is responsible for maintaining state-owned nature reserves in Finland, such as national parks, hiking trails, and natural sites across the country.

In addition to Metsähallitus, Haltia's activities are supported and funded by the municipalities of the Helsinki metropolitan area, including Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, and Vihti, as well as Folkhälsan Solvalla.

The Haltia building is owned by Nuuksiokeskus Oy, and currently, three different entities operate within Haltia:

- Metsähallitus Nature Services is responsible for Haltia's operations, including exhibitions, the nature school, content creation and management of guided tours, and marketing.

- Jotuca Oy/Retkipaikka.fi handles customer service, the nature shop, conference services, and guided tours.

- Delicatessen Restaurants manages the services of Restaurant Haltia.

Additionally, we closely collaborate with nearby facilities in the Haltia Gateway area, such as the Haltia Lake Lodge nature hotel and Folkhälsan Solvalla.
