The Haltia information desk and ticket sales are located on the ground floor.

We serve customers with the following services: customer support, trip advice, equipment rental, and a nature shop, from Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Mondays.

At the information desk, you can buy a ticket to Haltia's exhibition or use your museum card for entry.

The information desk also handles services for the equipment rental and sells products from the Haltia Shop.
