Elina Honkanen is a visual artist who lives and works in Helsinki. Elina studied drawing and painting at Alfa-Art Art School and graduated as a visual artist in 2007. In 2016, she graduated as a jewelry designer from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, and in 2024, she completed her Master's degree in Fine Arts (YAMK). Elina's works have been exhibited in Finland and abroad, and they have been acquired by collections, including the Finnish State Art Commission's collection.

Elina's works often explore themes of memory, remembering, and the fragility of existence. She is interested in transformation, disappearance, and the vulnerability of human life.
