The video artwork Rest-O-Rama by artist Ilkka Pitkänen depicts the diversity of Finnish restaurant culture. For the piece, the artist selected photographs from the Hotel and Restaurant Museum’s photo archive. The sound design was created by Markus Bonsdorff.
