Snacks, refreshments and gift shop

Enjoy and refresh yourself over lunch. Eating in the exhibition areas is prohibited. You can enjoy your own snacks at the open seating area on the fourth floor of the museum or outside at the tables in the museum courtyard.

The Natural History Museum has a café serving tasty soup lunches on weekdays, with the exception of summer. The café and a gift shop adjacent to the café are located on the ground floor and operated by Ruokalähettiläs Oy (phone +358 400 286 202). The café and the shop observe the opening hours of the museum, opening in the morning half an hour after the museum opens.

Coat racks

Free coat racks and lockers are located in the ground floor lobby. Personal belongings are stored at your own risk. A stroller park area is available in the museum courtyard.
