Great landscaped pedestrian boulevard that opens the city to the sea and generates one of the best promenades in Spain. It extends from Terraza Street, in the heart of Estepona, to the Punta Doncella lighthouse. This avenue is a place of transition between the city and the sea, a pleasant space for strolling, quiet, open to pedestrians and decorated with landscaped areas full of plants and flowers. It also has a bike path. The project culminates in the Mirador del Carmen, a socio-cultural facility that houses an exhibition hall, where fifty pieces from the Carmen Thyssen collection are on display, and a lookout tower with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
