Located in the Plaza de las Flores, it is a rectangular building of the eighteenth century. Its most outstanding elements are the central courtyard, surrounded by columns, the front, consisting of a large opening highlighted by moldings on which there is a balcony, and the lookout tower with arcades on the upper floor. The building was owned by the sisters Carmen and Francisca Tejerina. the latter donated it to the Hospital de la Caridad, and it was used for welfare purposes until the City Hall took it over. Currently, it is used for cultural purposes.
