The park named after the composer master Jean Sibelius is an elegant formal park. It serves as a green living room for city residents with its playgrounds and is an important meeting place in the heart of Kotkansaari.

The refined design language of Sibelius Park, old trees, and beautiful plantings make the area a visual delight, and as one walks along its pathways, they can imagine themselves in a bygone era. Sibelius Park is located at the beginning of Lehmuspromenade and is part of Kotka Sculpture Promenade. In 1955, a fountain was built in the center of the park, with Jussi Mäntynen's sculpture "Kotkat" as the centerpiece, capturing one's attention.
