Bastard Burgers originated in northern Sweden and operates on 100 percent renewable energy from Swedish hydropower plants. The burgers are named after cities around the world, and there's a completely vegan menu available. The Vasastan branch was the first to open in Stockholm, in February 2018. The restaurant's rapid expansion has resulted in over a dozen locations throughout Stockholm.
