Poem by Benítez Reyes from Cadiz that alludes to the sensitivity of the sense of touch.

The skin that reveals a cold soul.
The skin that represents an icy fire.

The skin that is the border of a
of a silent flowing of wounded blood in which burned

the secret of midday light
and the nocturnal enigma of sin.

The skin caressed by the dawn. The
scratched white by the moon.

The skin that seeks skin in its drift.

The skin quivering before the dawn. The
skin that becomes moon before the moon.

The flesh so brave and fugitive.
