Erika, born in 1997, is a passionate food entrepreneur who strives to create food experiences that crown every everyday celebration. Erika has had a passion for cooking and baking since she was in primary school.
The same passion led her, as if by accident, to entrepreneurship, and her love of cooking remains her greatest source of motivation today. Alongside her entrepreneurial career, Erika has worked in the kitchens of restaurants in Helsinki, Australia and Spain. Her ability to work under pressure and her desire to learn from the best in the industry has been a necessary step on the way to building her own business.
Everyone eats with their eyes first. Creative work has always been Erika's strength and she loves self-expression in food.
