This grand Baroque palace, built for Peter the Great in 1718-1725, now houses the foreign collection of the Estonian Art Museum. It displays hundreds of 18th- to 20th-century paintings, prints, statues and applied arts from Western Europe and Russia.

Don't miss the decadent two-storey main salon, with its exquisitely painted ceiling and stucco. In the palace's cozy café, you can enjoy coffee and snacks.
