The converted Põhjala tehas cultural center in an old factory building is an attraction, with the cozy bakery-café Karjase Sai. The award-winning Kokomo coffee roastery is also located on the same premises. The atmosphere is industrial and the impressive ceiling height gives it a festive feel. The smell of fresh buns and bread makes your mouth water right at the door, and it's hard to choose. Tip: even a simple croissant is delicious.
