Victor Westerholm was the first curator of the Turku art museum. He and his wife Hilma were close friends with Alfred and Hélène. There are eight works by Westerholm in the museum’s collections. The large painting Cows in a birch pasture is a well-known motif by Westerholm. The painting on the left was a gift for Hélène from the painter and bears a dedication: ”Till Fru Helene Jacobsson af Victor Westerholm”, in English “To Mrs Helene Jacobsson from Victor Westerholm”.
