The beach is located in the northeastern part of Lohjanjärvi's Iso Selkä. Several islands are situated off the beach. The beach area has a gently sloping terrain and includes a grassy field with trees. The beach is approximately 100 meters long. On the eastern side of the beach, there is a boathouse and a boat launching area, while further west of the beach, there is a boat dock. The surroundings feature fields and the Paloniemi manor area, located about 500 meters from the beach.
