Arkkipiispan Karkali is a home museum established in 2017, located in Lohja, on the Karkali Peninsula by Lake Lohjanjärvi. The museum tells the story of Archbishop Gustaf Johansson’s family, lineage, and life’s work through words, photographs, and artifacts, as well as the family’s summer life in Karkali until 1955. The museum occupies a few rooms in a summer villa that is otherwise privately used.
