The Christmas dinner was enjoyed on Christmas Day together with the family. All of Hélène's siblings and their families were invited. The Christmas dinner began with a smorgasbord with grilled salmon and caviar, followed by lutefisk with white sauce. Then ham, rutabaga casserole and herring salad were served, followed by French and English cheeses. For dessert, they had rice porridge with almonds and plum soup.

According to the Jacobsson family's household books, they acquired, a ham, four geese, salmon, four boxes of sardines, French bread, crackers, tea, beer, spirits, cheeses, caviar, figs, apples, oranges and grapes in December. In addition, a nutcracker, two candle extinguishers, flowers, Christmas candles, chocolate, confectionery, raisins, almonds, soda water and two Christmas trees had been bought.

This year, the museum Ett Hem's Christmas table setting is made with an Arabia tableware made between the years 1893–1912. On the table can be seen, among other things, a fish dish and various serving dishes.
