Vaasa Market Square is located in the absolute center of Vaasa, between the shopping centers  Rewell and Espen and the office buildings Hartman’s house and Sampo house. On the square is the Statue of Liberty of Finland, which was unveiled in 1938. Under the square there is a car park, Vaasa Toriparkki, with space for over 800 cars. The square car park has entrances from Kauppapuistikko in both the north and the south.
