The Military Museum of Finland collects and preserves items and photographs related to Finland's military and weapon history, as well as various phases of the Defense Forces.

The Military Museum of Finland has three exhibition locations in Suomenlinna: the Manege, the Artillery Manege, and the Submarine Vesikko.

Altered by War is about Finnish WW2 frontline art and the exhibition is showing the life of a soldier in both wartime and peacetime.

The mini exhibition Between two homes offers the opportunity to experience the feelings of war children at the moment of departure, life in a foreign country, and their return to Finland.

The mini exhibition Victory will be ours presents Soviet war propaganda posters from the Second World War.
