In the hall, there are four works by Axel Haartman's uncle, Casper Wrede (1856-1945). Casper Wrede studied to become an artist in Germany and France, but at a young age, he changed career paths and became a farmer at the Gesterby estate in Kimito. Wrede was an important person to Axel, and they were very close.

Two of Wrede’s paintings in the hall depict scenes from the Saustila estate in Sagu, In the Arbour and Summer Morning. During Axel's childhood, Saustila was owned by his father, Hugo Haartman (1851–1892). Hugo himself is featured in one of the paintings, where he is seen sitting with his wife, Hedvig, in the arbour of the garden at Saustila. The painting hangs above the piano, on the right. On the window wall, there is a model head from Wrede's study time in Paris. Next to Summer Morning is another sketch from his studies, depicting The Adoration of the Shepherds.

Casper Wrede also painted three copies of works by GM Armfelt, Princess of Sagan, and Wava, which are displayed in the hall. In the dining room, there is also a portrait of Casper, created by his friend August Uotila. Another portrait of Casper Wrede, painted by Axel Haartman, can be found in the studio on the upper floor.
