Built in 1883, this station was part of the Ferrocarriles Unidos de Yucatán and was a key connection point between Izamal and other cities, especially Mérida. For decades, it was the main means of transportation in the region, until it was gradually replaced by buses. Today, the structure can still be visited, as a testimony to a time when the train set the pace of daily life. It is located on 19th Street, next to a hotel and across from a park, and retains some of the architectural character of that era.
