The section of the Gottlund Trail that winds through the wilderness-like shoreline landscapes of Lake Salajärvi has been named the Storyteller’s Circuit.

As an easy-to-follow, roughly two-kilometer path, the Storyteller’s Circuit is ideal as a family nature outing destination.

On the outermost peninsula, Ryönäniemi, there is a renovated campfire site complete with its built structures. Trolls and other fairy-tale characters have also moved in near the fire pit to enjoy the beautiful scenery—how many figures can you spot?
