A summertime gathering spot for everyone, set in a beautiful rural landscape.

On Saturdays from June 14 to August 9, between 11:00 and 13:00, the summer markets feature a wide selection of local products and seasonal delights, plus a market café serving delicious pancakes with coffee and refreshments. The Koikkala Summer Market draws holidaymakers, cottage guests, and locals in great numbers—come meet friends and enjoy the tastes of summer.

You’re welcome either to shop or to sell your own goods (we ask for homemade and home-baked items—no “market junk,” please).

Special markets and exceptions:

• June 20, 11:00–13:00: Midsummer Market held exceptionally on Midsummer’s Eve (Friday).

• August 9: Luonteri Cycling Market. Come cheer on the cyclists riding around Lake Luonteri and pick up tasty treats for home or the cottage.

In early September, Koikkala will host a Harvest Market to celebrate the season’s bounty.
