A smokery, BBQ, and potato restaurant located in the old parsonage of Tyrnävä and at Vuokatti Superpark. Our Tyrnävä restaurant has indoor seating for 25 people and outdoor seating in summer for 50 (maximum 100) people. We can also accommodate groups outside regular opening hours.

We smoke handcrafted burger patties from local producers until they are perfectly pink inside and tender. We offer smoked ribs, wings, and Norwegian salmon. We make crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside rustic fries from the finest Tyrnävä potatoes. All meats are smoked in our own smokehouse. Our mayonnaise is made from local organic eggs. All potato dishes are made from Tyrnävä potatoes, including Trombi potatoes, chips, potato salad, and potato & cheese.

In addition to our food, we offer selections from the local distillery Shaman Spirits, nearby craft breweries, wines, and a wide range of Olvi beverages, ensuring that good food is accompanied by the perfect drink.

We are also part of Oulu2026 Arctic Food Lab.
