The Konnevesi Athletics Field is part of the Lapunmäki Sports Park, right in the centre of the community’s educational and sports hub. The field is a full-size track and field facility equipped with dedicated jumping and throwing areas, making it ideal for both recreational use and organized events.

It serves as a training ground for Konneveden Urheilijat, local schools and sports enthusiasts throughout the season. Athletes can practice running, long and high jump, shot put and other classic track and field disciplines in well-maintained surroundings.

Together with the nearby football field, outdoor gym and playground, the athletics field forms a versatile complex that encourages movement, exercise and togetherness – true to Konnevesi’s active and community-oriented spirit.
