Raunonpolku leads visitors through serene forest landscapes toward the wider Taikinainen trail network. The route is clear, pleasant to walk and accessible throughout the year, offering the calming scents, sounds and shifting moods of Konnevesi’s woodland nature.

Around the midpoint of the trail, a 300-metre section of boardwalks crosses a small wetland area. This stretch provides a beautiful contrast to the forest path and allows hikers to enjoy a different type of landscape, with open views and rich sounds of nature. The boardwalks also make the route easier to walk during wet seasons.

Raunonpolku is a convenient connecting path to the Taikinainen area but also serves as a lovely short outing on its own. It’s ideal for relaxed walks, small family adventures or as part of a longer hiking day on the Konnevesi trail network.
