Route Around Saana, about 11km

The route takes you through gorgeous open fells, enchanted forests and lakesides. This intermediate level trail lets you marvel at Saana from every angle. There is a hut at the lakeside; you can get warmed up and have a snack. The loop starts at Retkeilykeskus. You can also access the trail via Tsahkaljärvi from the Visitor Centre or the Malla car park, which will add a few kilometres.
