The Haukkuhelmi Dog Swimming Area was opened in 2018. It is located in Naskarlanpuisto Park, on the shore of a pond created by damming the stream.

Haukkuhelmi consists of a dog beach area and a fenced exercise area. The sandy beach is enclosed by a fence, and the swimming area in the water is marked off with floating ropes. Access to the beach is through the fenced exercise area, which provides a fun space for dogs to play and run around — even if they’re not planning to swim.

The parking area for both the swimming spot and the entire Naskarlanpuisto Park is located right next to Haukkuhelmi. The address is Naskarlantie 1.
