The Preitilä Trail is an approximately 11 km route starting right next to the Paimio Sanatorium, leading you from park-like forests and stream valleys to rocky outcrops, marshland ponds, and peaceful woodland paths.

The route connects the Parantola Trail, the Paimio Nature Trail, and the linking trail between them. Along the way, information boards introduce the area’s local history and natural features. Rest stops include a lean-to shelter and a traditional hut with fire pits. Highlights such as the observation tower, Lemmenlampi pond, the peat museum, and the uniquely fused pine trees add character and memorable moments to the hike.

Clear signage and built structures make the trail easy to follow, while varied terrain and elevation changes keep the journey engaging. The official starting point is at Ruokolinnantie 28, or alternatively from the Paimio Nature Trail starting point at Luontopoluntie 54.
