The "Linnoituspolku" is a walking trail that starts at the Lipputorni (Flag Tower) and follows the fortifications of the Hamina Fortress around the city center, ending at the Raatihuoneentori (Town Hall Square), the heart of the fortress. You can walk the trail in either direction or deviate from it at various points along the route. The trail features seven information signs.
